Organization Building

Besides its national level presence in 22 states, BGVS has also good presence in 30 districts of Odisha state. It functions in a very democratic and transparent manner having its executive council at the state and an exhaustive 100 members general council represented from twenty districts. In our journey we have involved thousands of volunteer from different field. Our volunteers include all sections of society such as school teachers, academicians, scientists, writers, journalists, engineers, doctors, bureaucrats, technocrats, peasants, workers, youths and students.  The promoted institutions at Village, GP, Block, District and State level have not only allegiance to the organization, the organization also gives equal space for their participation and contribution at different levels of decision making processes and execution.

A number of empanelled development professionals, those having concern and respect towards the philosophy and functioning approach of BGVS, also contribute to the growth of organisation and in its activities.
